Children often communicate their feelings and experiences in ways that go beyond words. I use play therapy techniques and other developmentally appropriate approaches to help children express themselves, understand their emotions, and develop healthy coping and regulation skills.
With more than 25 years of experience working with children and families—including child welfare, Wraparound services, home visits, and parent support—I understand the importance of looking beyond a child’s behavior to understand what they may be communicating. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children can build confidence, strengthen relationships, and feel understood.
