Adolescence is a time of significant change, identity, and transition. I work with adolescents navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, relationships, and trauma, helping them develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills.
My clinical experience includes working with youth involved in the juvenile justice system, including those with histories of child welfare involvement and juvenile detention. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where adolescents can feel heard, process their experiences, recognize their strengths, and build confidence as they move toward the next chapter of their lives.
